摘要
目的探讨高级专家门诊挂号难、候诊久导致患者满意度低、护理管理难的解决途径。方法建立提前护理问诊与体检、年轻医师分流预诊、高级专家流动巡诊的新型高级专家门诊护理模式。结果实施新型护理模式后,增加了高级专家每半天(上午/下午)可诊疗人数,缓解了挂号难,缩短了候诊时间、延长了每位患者接受诊疗服务的时间,患者满意度由61.7%提升至92.2%,投诉率从1.4%下降到0.2%。结论实施新型护理模式可较好解决患者就医高级专家门诊挂号难、候诊时间长、看病时间短等"看病难"的问题,提升高级专家门诊的护理管理质量和患者满意度。
Objective To establish the flow nursing management in a senior specialist clinic to providing high performance outpatient nursing care.Methods The flow nursing management includes the basic inquiry and phisical examination by the nurse,then a preliminary service by the junior doctor,and the final treatment by the senior specialist.Results With the Performance of flow nursing management,the senior specialist could serve more patients,and the patients could reveive prolonged service time and higher degree of satisfaction,the patients satisfaction rate incresed from 61.7% to 92.2% while the complaint rate reduced from 1.4% to 0.2%.Conclusion The performance of flow nursing management in a senior specialist clinic could help the specialist to provide more srvice and high performance outpatient nursing care.
