颌面部肿瘤外周血淋巴细胞粘附分子CD_(44)检测的临床意义

The Clinical Testing Significance of Peripheral Blood Adheston Molecular(CD_(44))Inmaxillofacial Tumors

目的探讨CD44在颌面部肿瘤中变化的临床意义方法肿瘤组30例良性9例恶性21例正常组20例术前。

Purpose:This article was desingned to investigate the clinical nursing significance of peripheral blood adhesion molecular(CD 44 )in maxillofacial tumors.Medthods:Thirty patients Jaw and face tumors,including 9 benign and 21 malignant,were analysed their adhesion molecule(CD 44 )contents in the peripheral blood using flow cytometrici mmunological method.Results:It was showed that the(CD 44 )contents in peripheral blood of the patients wrth malignant tumors were obvious more than that inbenign(p<0.01).The (CD 44 ) cotents of the patients descended gradully after suygery.Bur it increased in peripheral blood in the patients with recurrence or metastaisis even without any symptoms.Conclutions:This study suggests the (CD 44 ) contents in peripheral blood analysed by flow cytometry may be an important method and parameter for discovering malignant early stage,and can supervise the curatiue effect.
