二维超声结合血清β-HCG测定对不典型宫外孕的诊断价值

The Value of Two-dimensional Ultrasonography Combined with Serum β-hCG Detection for Diagnosing Atypical Ectopic Pregnance

目的探讨二维超声结合血清β-HCG测定对不典型宫外孕诊断的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析17例经手术及病理证实为宫外孕的不典型宫外孕患者术前二维超声声像图特征及血清β-HCG的测值。结果经二维超声检查发现附件区不明确包块17例,结合血β-HCG测定确诊为宫外孕的患者14例,诊断符合率82.35%。另有1例宫外孕宫腔内假妊娠囊误诊为宫内妊娠,另有2例未进行血β-HCG测定,误诊为黄体破裂,误诊率为17.65%。结论二维超声结合血β-HCG测定检查能准确诊断对不典型宫外孕的诊断准确率高,对指导其临床治疗具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the value of Two-dimensional Ultrasonography combined with serumβ-hCG detection for diagnosing atypical ectopic pregnance.Methods Reviewed 17 cases of comnfirmed to be atypical aectopic pregnance by the results of surgical operation and pathology,summarize the preoperative Two-dimensional Ultrasonography and serum β-hCG characteristics of the measured values.Result There were 17 cases found suspicious mass by Two-dimensional Ultrasonography in the attachment area,determination of serum β-hCG,were diagnosed 14 patients with ectopic pregnancy,diagnosis rate was 82.35%.And 1 false cases of ectopic pregnancy intrauterine pseudo gestational sac misdiagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy.2 paients have not been meansured serum β-hCG,misdiagnosed as luteal rupture.Misdiagnosis rate was 17.65%.Conclusion Two-dimensional Ultrasonography combined with serum β-HCG determination of examination can accurately diagnose atypical ectopic pregn-ancy,and guide the clinical treatment of important.
