体外振动排痰在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的综合疗效观察

Observation on the Comprehensive Therapeutic Effect of Extrasomatic Vibration Sputum Elimination in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨体外振动排痰在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的综合疗效。方法选取2008年1月至2011年6月于本院进行治疗的76例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(人工胸部叩击排痰组)38例和观察组(体外振动排痰组)38例,后将两组患者的排痰量、住院时间、患者满意率及治疗前、治疗后7d的肺功能、血气分析、ADL评分、SCL-90评分进行统计及比较。结果观察组的排痰量小于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,患者满意率高于对照组,治疗后7d的肺功能、血气分析、ADL评分、SCL-90评分均优于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论体外振动排痰在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的综合疗效较佳,可显著改善患者的各项指标,广受患者欢迎。

Objective To study the comprehensive therapeutic effect of extrasomatic vibration sputum elimination in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 76 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from January 2008 to July 2011 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（artificial percussion sputum excretion group）38 cases and observation group（extrasomatic vibration sputum elimination group）38 cases,then the amount of sputum elimination,hospitalization time,patients′ satisfaction rate and pulmonary function,blood gas analysis,ADL score,SCL-90 score before and after the treatment at seventh day of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The amount of sputum elimination of observation group was less than that of control group,hospitalization time was shorter than that of control group,patients′ satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group,pulmonary function,blood gas analysis,ADL score,SCL-90 score after the treatment at seventh day were all better than those of control group,all P〈0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The comprehensive therapeutic effect of extrasomatic vibration sputum elimination in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better,and it can significantly improve all indexes,so it is welcomed to the patients.
