丹参在防治人工关节术后深静脉血栓上的应用

Salvia Artificial Joint in the Prevention of Postoperative Deep Vein Thrombosis Application

目的分析并评价丹参注射液在防治人工关节置换术后患肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法对我院自2008年1月至2010年12月期间实施人工全髋关节置换术的患者进行分组治疗,分别进行预防性丹参注射液治疗以及未行预防性治疗,对两组的临床效果进行对比分析,两组患者均在手术后1周后、2周后,通过彩超检查其患肢深静脉血流是否通畅及下肢深静脉血栓形成的情况。结果在未用药组58例患者中,深静脉血栓形成阳性者23例,发生率为39.6%;用药组58例患者中,深静脉血栓形成阳性者11例,发生率为18.9%,用药组发生率低于未用药组,差异显著(χ2=7.2342,P<0.05)。未用药组近端深静脉血栓形成8例,发生率为13.8%,用药组近端深静脉血栓形成1例,其发生率为1.7%,未用药组高于用药组,差异显著(χ2=4.8112,P<0.05)。结论中药制剂丹参能够明显降低人工关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的发生率且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate Danshen injection of artificial joint replacement surgery in the prevention of limb deep vein thrombosis in clinical efficacy.Methods The hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 during the implementation of total hip arthroplasty group therapy patients,respectively,Danshen injection in the treatment and prevention is not prophylactic treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups comparative analysis,two groups of patients were in the week after surgery,two weeks later,limb by ultrasound examination of its blood flow is smooth and deep vein deep venous thrombosis of the situation.Results In the untreated group of 58 patients,deep vein thrombosis were 23 positive cases,the rate was 39.6%;treatment group of 58 patients,positive for deep vein thrombosis in 11 cases,the rate was 18.9%,treatment group was lower than the untreated group,significant difference（χ2= 7.2342,P〈0.05）.The untreated group of proximal deep vein thrombosis in 8 cases,the rate was 13.8%,treatment group proximal deep vein thrombosis in 1 case,the rate was 1.7% higher than the untreated group treatment group difference was significant（χ^2= 4.8112,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine Danshen can significantly reduce the artificial joint replacement surgery the incidence of deep vein thrombosis rate and high safety,is worthy of clinical application.
