摘要
探讨融合瘤苗在骨肉瘤免疫治疗中的应用潜力.方法:用UMR106细胞系建立大鼠骨肉瘤动物模型,然后将该细胞系与大鼠巨噬细胞融合作为瘤苗应用于荷瘤大鼠,观察其抑制肿瘤生长和肺转移的效果.结果:在治疗6Wb时治疗组和对照组相比,瘤重明显减小(Pwt从门);肺转移发生率降低(P<0.01).结论:骨肉瘤细胞与巨噬细胞的融合瘤苗可望在骨肉瘤的治疗中发挥作用.
AIM: To eva1uate the therapeutic effectiveness offusion tumor vaccine in osteosarcoma treatment. METH-ODS: The UMRlO6 cell line was injected subcutaneously intothe SD rat flank to establish the animal model and was fusedwith macrophages to obtain the tumor vaccine. Then thetherapeutic effectiveness of the tumor vaccine to the originaltumor and lung metastasis in the animal model was observed.RESULTS: 6 weeks after the treatment with tumor vaccine,the size of the original tumor and the rate of lung metastasisin the therapeutic group were both largely reduced comparewith those in control groups (P < O. O1 ). CONCLUS1ON:The fusion tumor vaccine perhaps can be used in the clinicaltreatment of osteosarcoma.
