腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期不使用抗生素的临床分析

Clinical study in perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy without application of antibiotics

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期不使用抗生素的安全性、可行性。方法对部分择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,围手术期不使用抗生素,观察其临床指标和预后情况并统计分析。结果 857例患者术前均未预防性应用抗生素,常规完成手术。814例患者术后也未用抗生素,占总患者数的95.0%。所有患者预后良好,均未出现感染性并发症。结论择期腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期不用抗生素并未增加感染率,是安全可行的。

Objective To study the safety in perioperative period during laparoscopic cholecystectomy without application of antibiotics.Methods Some patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy without application of antibiotics in perioperative period were chosen for this study.Clinical indicators and situation after operation were observed and analyzed.Results Among eight hundred and fifty seven patients without prophylactic antibiotics during preoperative period,operations were completed according to routine protocol,and 814 of them（95.0%） were not applied with antibiotics after operation.All these patients had good efficacy and no infective complication occurred.Conclusion Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy without application of antibiotics in perioperative period does not increase the rate of postoperative infection.It is safe and available.
