重组痘苗病毒载体在消化道肿瘤基因治疗中的应用

摘要 痘苗病毒作为疫苗曾广泛应用于预防天花的全球性接种。近年来,该病毒又作为一种基因表达载体,在肿瘤基因治疗研究中起重要作用,且较其他病毒栽体系统具有多种优点。本文综述了痘苗病毒作为基因工程载体的构建及在消化道肿瘤基因治疗中应用的现状。
