溪黄草口服液制备工艺研究

Study on preparation procedure for Xihuangcao oral liquid

目的：制备质量稳定、澄清的溪黄草口服液。方法：以口服液中总黄酮含量为指标，用正交试验优选提取工艺，用甲壳质与乙醇作澄清工艺比较优选澄清工艺。结果：溪黄草加水１５ 倍，提取３ 次，每次１ｈ ，用３５０ｐｐｍ 浓度甲壳质吸附澄清，总黄酮含量高、稳定性好。结论：用水提取、甲壳质吸附澄清制备的口服液质量稳定、澄明度好。

OBJECTIVE:To prepare clear oral liquid of Xihuangcao with stable quality.METHOD:By determining the contents of total flavones in oral liquid,the best extraction procedure was selected by orthogonal test and the clarifying procedures were compared with chitosan,alcohol.RESULTS:The best condition to prepare Xihuangcao oral liquid selected was:add 15 times the amount of water and extract for 3 times(1h per time).The contents of total flavones in oral liquid that clarified with chitosan in 350ppm were high and preparation had good stability.CONCLUSION:Xihuangcao oral liquid extracted by water and clarified with chitosan had stable quality and clarity.
