摘要
目的:改进超短效β受体阻滞剂盐酸艾司洛尔的合成方法。方法:该化合物以对羟基苯甲醛为原料,经缩合、还原、酯化、胺化、成盐等步骤制备而成。结果:产物经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱和快原子轰击质谱等确证。结论:此合成路线是完全可行的。
OBJECTIVE:To study the synthetic method of ultra short acting β adrenergic blocking agent esmolol hydrochloride.METHOD:Esmolol hydrochloride was synthesized by steps of condensation,reduction,esterification,amination,salifying from phydroxybenzaldehyde.RESULTS:The chemical structure of synthetic product was conformed by element analysis,IR, 1HNMR,MS and FAB MS.CONCLUSION:This synthetic route is practical.
