摘要
本文介绍了甲硝唑凝胶的处方及制备，并以性状、ｐＨ、卫生学检查、含量测定作为其质量控制指标。该凝胶制剂在处方组成及质量控制方面均有改进之处。
The prescription and preparation of metronidazole jelly and its quality control indexes including properties,pH,hygienic inspection and assaying were reported in this paper. Some improvement was made in the prescription and quality control of the jelly.
