摘要 目的 探讨中等卫校护理新生的心理健康状况,为有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供依据.方法 对132名护理新生采用症状自评量表测评心理健康状况,并与国内常模进行对比分析.结果 护理新生症状自评量表躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系因子分均显著高于常模(P<0.01),敌对、恐怖、偏执因子分均显著低于常模(P<0.05或0.01);总分>160分者占42.42%,阳性项目数>43项者占52.27%,因子分>2分排前5位者依次为强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、偏执.结论 中等卫校护理新生存在诸多不同程度的心理问题,学校应有针对性地开展各种形式的心理健康教育,培养学生树立健康的世界观、人生观,提高学生的心理健康水平. Objective To explore psychological health esatus of nursing freshmen in secondary medical college in order to provide basis for purposeful mental health education. Methods 132 students were assessed with syptom checklist (SCL-90) ,and the results were compared with Chinese common. Results Compared with Chinese common, the students had higher scores of somatizaon, compulsion, depression, anxiety and interpersonal relatonship of SCL-90 (P〈0.01), and lower scores of hostility, phobia and proniod of SCL- 90 (P〈0.05 or 0.01) ; Students with total score 〉160 made up 42.42% ,ones with positive items 〉43 did 52.27%, and the first 5 factors with score 〉2 were obsession, interpersonal relation, depression, anxiety and paranoia in turn. Conclusion Nursing freshmen have some mental problems, they should be given va- rious mental healthy education aimly in order to improve their mental status.
