摘要
以广西广播电视大学社会工作专业为例探讨了课程设置与职业能力之间的关系。通过调查发现,专业课程对残疾学员的专业能力有一定的提升作用,通识课程对提高学员的通用能力功不可没,但是部分专业拓展课仍有待进一步加强,且实践训练课程的建设任重而道远。
Taking the specialty of social work in Guangxi Radio and TV University as the case, this paper discusses the relation between the curriculum design and professional capability. It is found out by the survey that the professional courses to some degree enhance the professional capability of the disabled students and the general courses greatly contribute to the general capability, however, some professional advanced courses need to be improved and there is a long way to go for the curriculum of practical training courses.
