摘要
本文通过对同济大学环境科学与工程学院学生学习状况的调查,对出现学业困难的学生除及时按照相关规定和程序予以处理及管理外,对学生的学习环境及家庭系统给予适当的扰动,帮助同学增强学习动力,并让学生学会面对困难,寻求解决问题的办法。通过近一年多的实践,取得了良好的效果。
Based on the survey about students learning conditions in College of Environmental Science and Engineering,Tongji University, the perturbation was taken to study--difficulty students in university, and to their learning environment and family systems, in order to help students who had learning difficulties enhance motivation, learn to face the difficulties and seek solutions to problems. The good result was achieved after nearly a year of practice.
