摘要
针对材料学科人才培养模式与市场需求脱节的现状,结合桂林电子科技大学材料学院人才培养实践中的做法,提出了基于"课程优化、师生互选、校企合作、科学实习"思路的应用创新型人才培养模式。重点阐述了课程体系优化、师生双向选择机制、校企合作双赢和科学毕业实习等一系列措施及成效,并对其中的成功经验进行了总结和理论升华。
To solve the problem that the cultivation mode of material major cannot meet the market demand,propose a novel ap- plied and innovative talent cultivation mode based on course optimization,school--enterprise cooperation,teacher--student mu- tual choice and scientific graduate exercitation, the paper mainly elaborates a series of practices about talent cultivation of material major in Guilin University of Electronic Technology, such as optimizing course system, carrying out teacher--student mutual choice, strengthening school--enterprise cooperation and scientific graduate exercitation. Some successful experiences are refined and transformed into theories.
