脱落酸对长白忍冬果实和叶绿原酸含量的影响

Effects of ABA on the Contents of Chlorogenic Acid from Fruits and Leaves of Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel

以长白忍冬为试验材料,在展叶期及果实转色期分别用脱落酸(ABA 200mg/L)对其叶片以及果实进行处理。结果表明:ABA处理显著增加了长白忍冬果实中绿原酸含量,高于对照15.04%,对叶片中绿原酸含量增加无显著差异。

Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel was used as the test material,the effects were researched by spraying the leaves and fruits with ABA（200 mg/L）in the period of leaf expansion and véraison of the fruits.The results showed that ABA treatment significantly increased the Lonicera ruprechtiana Regel chlorogenic acid content in fruit,15.04% higher than the CK,the leaves increased content of chlorogenic acid was no significant difference.
