摘要
热型红外传感器应用广泛,它要求在室温条件下工作,在宽的调制频率范围内具有均匀的灵敏度。本文介绍以导电性随温度而变的热电材料为基础的宽带热型传感器。该传感器兼有热敏电阻和热电传感器的特性。适当选择传感器参数和电路参数,可以在ω=0到高频范围内提供均匀的频率响应。
Infrared thermal sensors are used in a wide variety of application which require room temperature operation and uniform sensitivity over a wide modulation frequency range. A broad band thermal sensor based on pyroeleetrie material with temperature-dependent electrical conductivity is described. This sensor combines the property of a thermistor and a pyroelectric sensor. Suitable choice of the sensor parameters and the circuit parameters provides a uniform frequcncy response from ω=0 to high frequency.
