摘要
我们研制了一种功能较强的示波器自动校准系统,它能对各种类型的示波器进行全面的计量检定。本文详细介绍了采用微机程控各信号源对示波器进行检定的设计思想、工作原理、实施方法、检定实例、本系统的技术指标及其测试方法和数据处理。文章还阐明了采用补偿电缆损耗的思路和方法,使电缆输出端信号的平坦度优于±0.5dB。
A powerful automated calibration system of an oscilloscope has been developed. This system can be used for complete calibration and measurement of many kinds of oscilloscopes. This paper introduces design concept, principle, and some examples of the microcomputer controlled system. The specifications, measurement methods, and data processing of this system are given. The method compensation of cable attenuation makes output signal flatness less then ±0.5dB.
