摘要
目的 观察丹参抗心肌缺血的作用。方法 在家兔全麻、开胸、自主呼吸和自主心律的条件下,结扎冠脉左室支造成急性心肌梗塞的病理模型,用心电图、MDA含量和血清CPK活性评价丹参对心肌缺血的保护作用。结果 丹参可明显降低心肌梗塞兔ECG 中ST段异常抬高的总幅度、减少病理性Q 波的出现数;并显著抑制脂质过氧化物的形成,减轻心肌的坏死程度。
Objective: To observe the protective effect of Redix salviae miltiorrhizae (RSM) on myocardial ischemia . Methods: The experimental myocardial infarction was induced by high level ligation of the anterior descending of the left coronary artery in rabbits. The protective effects were determined by the changes in ECG, the activity of serum creatin phosphorate kinase and the MDA content in myocardium. Result: RSM remarkably decreased the sum of S-T segment elevation (SST) and the number of S-T elevating leads (NST) and the number of Q-wave (NQ) in ECG. The MDA content was reduced and the activity of CPK in serum was lowered. Conclusions: RSM has protective effects on experimental myocardial ischemia injury.
