摘要
目的是分析大鼠分泌LH的GnRH受体后信号转导机制。将GTH细胞内PKC兴奋或抑制后,用高频GnRH脉冲刺激,再用ELISA法检测其LH分泌量,并与空白组比较。结果表明,细胞PKC活性显著影响LH的分泌。得出结论,PKC-Ca2+是GnRH脉冲刺激引起的LH分泌的GnRH受体后信号转导途径之一。
The aim was to analyze the GnRH post-receptor signal transduction mechanism of the secretion of LH in the mammalian.The GTH cells was stimulated by GnRH at high frequencies after PKC in them was excited or inhibited.LH was detected by ELISA,which was compared with the blank comparison group.The PKC level in GTH cells influenced the expression of LH significantly.PKC-Ca2+ was one of the GnRH post-receptor signal transduction pathways that the cells stimulated by GnRH impulse secret LH.
