多普勒超声心动图估测肺动脉高压的两种方法比较 被引量:1

摘要 为了解用多普勒超声心动图检测肺动脉瓣返流和三尖瓣返流两种方法估测肺动脉压的价值,对30例左向右分流先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压、同时有肺动脉瓣和三尖瓣返流的患者,用上述两种方法估测肺动脉压,并与用Swan-Ganz导管所测得的肺动脉压比较,结果多普勒超声心动图用上述两种方法估测的肺动脉压均与Swan-Ganz导管所测得的肺动脉压设计相关。上述两种无创性估测肺动脉压的方法各有优缺点。
