产学研合作提升机械类应用型人才培养质量的模式研究

Research on the modes of cultivating under the Industry-University-Institute Cooperation and Improving the Quality of applied Personnel of Mechanical Engineering

文章对目前产学研合作中机械类应用型人才培养的现状进行了分析,从改革教学内容,优化集中实践教学环节,全面提升学生的职业能力和创造性思维及动手能力;通过提高教师理论和实践水平进行"双师型"教师队伍的建设;整合利用学校、合作企业的优势资源推动行业发展;构建了机械类应用型人才培养质量的新模式。

The current situation of cultivating was analyzed about the applied personnel of mechanical engineering under the industry-university-institute cooperation in this paper.The students＇ professional abilities and creative technical abilities were fully improved,through renewing the teaching content and optimizing the concentrated practical teaching.The team of ＂instructorengineer＂ teachers was constructed by raising the theoretic and practical levels of teachers.The industrial was promoted by using all kinds of favorable resources holistically.By using these methods,the new modes of cultivating about the applied personnel of mechanical engineering was established.
