水平井中套管力学分析

摘要 在水平井及大位移井中,在大斜度井段的套管会发生变形,变形后的套管会使套管的下放变得困难,同时也会使得套管不能居中,影响固井的效果。因此套管扶正器的使用可以有效地解决套管下放难的问题。装好扶正器的套管串,在井眼中所受到的轴向力,对套管的下放有着很重要的影响。采用有限元取元的方法,在已知套管扶正器安放位置的前提下,计算刚度矩阵、位移矩阵、外力矩阵,结合别斯良克公式,得出了套管串所受的力的轴向力的计算公式。 In the horizontal wells and the large displacement wells,the casing that which is distortion in the highly deviated well section make it difficult to run casing.And with the casing not being centered,the cementing is not well.The casing centralizer can cure the problem that the casing hard running.The axial force which is got owe to take the centralizer is important to run casing.With the finite element method and the placement of casing centralizer ,calculate the stiffness matrix and the displacement matrix and the force matrix and integrate the biesiliangke formula,obtain the axial force of the casing strings.
