摘要
随着油田开发时间的增长,油井周围注水系统的不断变化,导致地层供液能力发生变化,部分抽油机井出现了机型与供液能力不匹配的现象,表现为机型偏大井供液能力不足、能耗高,机型偏小井抽吸能力低影响产能发挥。其中机型偏大井有152口,偏小井有51口。本文提出将机型偏大和机型偏小的抽油机进行合理互换,互换前使用沃格尔方程进行产能预测,并且结合抽油机系统选型图版对机型不合理的井进行优化设计,根据优化设计的结果将满足条件的偏大和偏小机型进行互换,从而做到机型和地层产能合理匹配,抽油机的系统效率能够得到有效提高、能耗下降、油井增产,具有很大的经济效益和很好的推广前景。
With the development time increasing,the waterflood system around oil wells had changed.well deliverability changed,so some beam-pumping unitdon't match the oil well,some beam-pumping unit models are too big,and the others are too small.There are 152 oil wells are big models,51 oil wells are small models.So we want interchange the big models with the small models.Before interchanging we calculate oil well productivity with vogel equation,at the same time use the beam-pumping unit model selection plate,we work out the beam-pumping unit type optimal design.On the basis of the optimal design results we interchange the big models with the small models,the beam-pumping unit type will well match with oil well productivity.
