Research Review on Rural Public Service from Different Theoretical Perspectives

学术界对农村公共服务研究的理论视角主要包括经济社会结构转型论、供给需求化、福利多元主义论、公共财政论、社会资本论以及乡村治理论等。这些研究涉及农村公共服务的供给背景、供给主体、供给目标以及影响供给效果的经济、社会、政治等因素,积累了丰富的成果。同时,在如下几个方面需要深入探讨:加强农村优势服务资源的挖掘;加强服务输送过程的动态研究;加强服务可及性的研究;加强服务质量需要满足的研究。

The theoretical perspective in academia about public service in rural areas include economic and social structure transformation theory, supply-demand and welfare pluralism theory, public finance theory, social capital theory and rural governance theory, etc. These theories have accumulated abundant achievements which involve the backgrounds, subjects and targets of rural public service and factors affecting the effect of service from economic, social and political aspects. However, there are several issues requiring further exploration., the exploitation of the advantaged service resources in the rural area,the dynamic research upon the conveying process of service, the study of service accessibility and the need gratification of service quality.
