摘要
家族企业权力传承既是企业所有权和控制权由上一代传递给下一代的过程,同时也是家族财产、声誉和社会地位的传递,关系到家族企业的持续发展乃至生死存亡。在"子承父业"的主流模式下,家族企业必须对权力传承所涉及的继任者选择、继任者培养、权力交接的最优时机设计以及老一代家族企业主的退出等问题进行科学的规划设计。为推动传承规划的顺利执行,家族企业还应在确保传承规划设计的正式性和规范性的基础上,建立有利于权力传承的协调机制,密切关注各利益相关者的反应并充分考虑到家族精神和企业文化的传承的重要意义。
The power succession in a family business,including the continuation of property,reputation and social status as well as the inheritance of power from generation to generation, determines the sustainable development or even survival of a family business. With the "inheritance model" being the main trend, family businesses should make a scientific planning on issues such as the selection and training of the successors, the optimal timing of succession and the withdrawal of the old generation, etc. To promote the execution of the planning, family businesses should also build up a coordinating mechanism, pay close attention to the responses of all stakeholders and fully value the significance of the family spirit and the transmission of corporate culture based on the formality and normalization of succession planning.
