摘要
结合广东能源结构特点及现状,分析广东电网电源发展的资源和环境制约因素,提出采用电力系统综合电力环保规划模型GESP-Ⅲ软件对广东电网电源结构进行优化规划和广东电网电源优化发展的建议和措施,实现清洁、可靠、安全、高效的能源保障体系。
In combination with characteristics of energy configuration and status quo in Guangdong, the paper analyzes resource and environment restrictions in power development. It brings forward suggestions of optimization and planning of power configuration and measurements for optimized power development by use of GESP-Ⅲ to obtain a clean, reliable, safe and effective power security system.
