摘要
针对接地电阻实际测量中呈现较大的离散性和不准确性而影响线路防雷水平、雷击跳闸率高低的问题,从接地装置的组成、接地电阻测量原理、架空输电线路接地电阻的测量计算方法、接电电阻测量误差来源及改进措施等方面来研究接地电阻的测量技术,并提出采用智能接地电阻测量系统intelliGMS的新方法来改进接地电阻的测量,为此,介绍新方法的技术内容及其实施方案。最后强调正常测量和智能测量接地电阻应注意的事项。
Aiming at discreteness and incorrectness in measurement of earth resistance that influence lightning protection level and lightning tripping rate, the paper studies on measurement technique of earth resistance in respects of components of earth devices, measurement principle of earth resistance, measurement and calculation approach of earth resistance of overhead transmission lines, source of errors in measurement of earth resistance and improvement. It also proposes to adopt intelliGMS to improve measurement of earth resistance. Therefore, the paper introduces technique and the implementation of the new approach. In the end, it expounds attentions in normal measurement and smart measurement of earth resistance.
