摘要
内梅花弹体其内壁结构相对复杂,动态超声无损检测过程中则会出现棱波和台阶波形成干扰信号,使其背景噪声相对复杂,使用滤波方法无法将这两种信号与伤信号分离。针对这一问题提出了基于滑动平均的动态包络提取方法来消除这两种干扰。试验证明了这种方法可以有效地将棱波与台阶波去除,在工件探伤过程中取得了良好的效果。
Because of the complex inner wall, the edge wave and the step wave will generate two kinds of interference signal under the ultrasonic nondestructive testing (NDT)way. They make the perplexed background noises, the injured signal cannot be separated from them when use the filter. To solve this problem, the article devises a dynamic envelope extraction method which based on moving average to eliminate these interference signals. Tests show that this method can effectively remove the two interference signals, and achieve good results in the process of ultrasonic nondestructive testing.
