摘要
旋转变压器作为现代伺服系统中广泛使用的角位置测量元件,大量应用于高精度大中型数控系统、机器人控制、工业控制、武器火力控制及惯性导航领域;为了提高测量精度,目前常用多极旋转变压器粗精组合的方法,完成角度测量;基于此主要介绍了多极旋转变压器的测角原理,并提出了具体实现方法。
The rotary transformer as a modern servo system that is widely used in angular position measurement device, applied to a large number of high precision, large and medium-sized CNC system, robot control, industrial control, fire control and navigation fields. In order to improve the measurement precision, the multipolar revolver coarse fine combination method is used commonly at present to complete the angle measurement. This article mainly introduces the angle measuring principle of multistage rotating transformer, and puts forward the concrete implementation method.
