摘要
分析了山西农村电网管理的现状,阐述了农网管理引入GIS的必要性,在充分调研山西农网电力GIS系统特点的基础上,提出了电力GIS系统的设计框架和具体功能,解决了电力GIS系统的关键技术,为实际的农网管理工作提供了有价值的参考建议。
This paper analyzes the current condition of Shanxi rural grid; expounds the necessity of introducing GIS to rural grid management ; and setups the framework designing and functions of electric power GIS based on the characters of Shanxi rural gird management. It solves the key problems of GIS system and supplies valuable suggestions to the rural grid management.
