USING THE VALUE ENGINEERING PLAN EVALUATION METHOD TO SELECT DEVELOPMENT PLANS

采用价值工程方案评价法选择开拓方案，可以在综合考虑诸多影响因素的同时，给出定量指标来表达方案的优劣，从而克服了传统方法的一些弊端，为全面正确地进行开拓方案的优化选择，添加了新的内容。在介绍了价值工程方案评价原理后，以某矿地下矿床开拓方案选择为例，进行了实际应用说明。

There are many factors to be considered when using the value engineering plan evaluation method to select the development plans.First,it uses qualitative index to express the strong and week points of the plans,which overcome some of the weeknesses of the traditional method and add principles of some new contents for the optimization of the development plans.After introducing the value engineering method,this paper gives an example of a shaft to illustrate its application in reality.
