15例Dandy-Walker畸形的产前超声诊断分析

The clinical analysis about prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of Dandy-Walker malformation

目的探讨产前超声检查在Dandy-Walker畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法对产前超声诊断的15例胎儿Dandy-Walker畸形的声像图特征进行回顾性分析,随访临床结果。结果产前诊断的15例胎儿Dandy-Walker畸形均与引产后的病理结果一致,超声诊断准确率100%(15/15)。典型声像图特征:小脑蚓部全部或部分缺失、第四脑室和后颅窝池增宽。12例患者伴发颅脑以外畸形(其中心脏畸形6例,单脐动脉3例,2例多囊肾,1例多指)。结论产前超声检查可以有效检出Dandy-Walker畸形,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of Dandy - Walker malformation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the ultrasonographical features of 15 cases patients with Dandy - Walker malformation and then followed - up of fetal outcome. Results Prenatal diagnosis of 15 fetuses with Dandy - Walker malformation were consistent with pathological findings after induced abortion. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 100% （ 15/15 ）. Typical sonographic features ： cerebellar vermis missing all or part of the fourth ventricle and posterior fossa pool widened. 12 patients associated with brain malformations other than（ such as heart defects in 6 cases, single umbilical artery in 3 cases, polycystic kidney disease in 2 cases, multi - fingered one case）. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound can he effectively detected in Dandy - Walker malformation, with important clinical value.
