非甾体抗炎药相关消化性溃疡46例临床和胃镜下特点分析被引量：1

摘要目的探讨非甾体抗炎药相关消化性溃疡临床和胃镜下特点。方法分析2005年11月～2010年8月在笔者所在医院诊断或治疗NSAIDs相关的上消化道溃疡46例,并排除Hp感染的干扰。结果 46例非甾体抗炎药相关消化性溃疡患者以出血为首发症状就诊占30%;多发性溃疡和巨大溃疡较多,分别为22例(47.83%)和25例(32.60%);胃溃疡多于十二指溃疡,分别为34例(73.91%)和12例(26.09%);胃体溃疡多于胃窦溃疡,分别20例(43.48%)和12例(26.09%)。结论无消化性溃疡典型症状及以出血为首发症状比例较多是NSAIDs相关消化性溃疡的临床特点,多发性溃疡和巨大溃疡是NSAIDs相关消化性溃疡胃镜下主要特点。
