Analysis on Athletic Condition and Strategy in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture

通过对延边田径运动现状调查,查找延边田径人才培养的相关因素,提出延边州田径人才培养的管理体系、培养模式,科学地做好梯队建设与整体布局,为延边的田径人才的培养提供合理的建议与对策,为延边州田径运动的发展提供理论参考。

Through making investigation on athletic condition in Yanbian, this paper finds out the relevant factors of talent cultivation, put forward the management system, training mode, and scientifically makes the echelon construction and overall layout. The main purpose is to provide the rational suggestions and reference for talent cultivation and athletics development in Yanbian.
