摘要 对离心铸造超高碳钢与球墨铸铁复合轧辊引入过渡层复合的显微组织和复合机理研究表明:在超高碳钢工作层与中间层之间存在一个通过液态扩散而形成的扩散层,中间层与芯部球铁之间为良好的冶金结合,扩散层组织由珠光体和大量较细小的碳化物组成,而且扩散层具有良好的力学性能·控制好由中间层形成的扩散层是实现超高碳钢与球铁良好结合的关键· Microstruture and mechanical properties of the transition layers in an ultrahigh carbon steel and spheroidal graphite Laminar complex roller were investigated. A diffusion layer was found between the working layer of ultrahigh carbon steel and the medial layer and was identified being formed by diffusion in liquid. The microstructure of the diffusion layer is consistent of pearlite and fine carbide and shows very good mechanical properties. The bonding between the medial layer and the spheroidal graphite iron core was found very strong. It is shown that qualified complex rollers can be made by introducing a special designed medial layer between the laminae to form the transition layers to achieve a strong bonding.
