摘要
采用“热压合+ 轧制复合”的方法研制出了7475/LY12 多层金属复合材料,其复合层数高达19 层·复合材料的剪切强度达到了130 MPa,撕裂强度为13-6 N/m m ,界面两侧元素扩散平缓,扩散层宽度约在50 ~90 μm 之间, 说明复合材料具有良好的冶金结合状态·
LY12 laminated composites with 19 laminates were developed successfully,by means of hot press and rolling. The tear strength and tensile shear strength of the composite are 13 6?N/mm and 130?MPa respectively. The results show that good metallurgical bonding is achieved between the laminates in the composites.Electron micro probe analysis shows that the width of the diffusion layer is 50~90?μm and the chemical composition varies gradually in the diffusion layer.
