摘要
苏里格气田苏53区块采取整体水平井开发模式,为了保证水平井开发效果,达到提高气藏产能和最终采收率的目的,以区域地质特征为基础,主要通过数值模拟的手段,对苏里格气田水平井参数进行了优化设计。同时考虑经济因素,确定了苏53区块初期水平井合理参数:水平段长度在800~1000m之间,水平段位置在气层中部及水平段方位为347°;另外,为了验证水平井实施效果,对水平井动静态资料作了统计,结果显示,24口水平井有效储层钻遇率都达到了60%左右,单井井口日产气量都在8×104 m3以上,根据苏里格地区动态分类标准,Ⅰ类井比例为100%。
Sulige Gas Field,which was one of the largest gas fields in China,was a typical lithologic gas reservoir characterized by low porosity,low permeability and low abundance with reservoirs located in the 8th member of the Shihezi Formation and the 1st member of the Shanxi Formation in the Lower Paleozoic Permian system.In Block Su 53 the overall development pattern of horizontal wells was used.To ensure the effect of production with horizontal wells and enhance the productivity of gas reservoirs and ultimate recovery percent,the horizontal well parameters were optimized by mainly using numerical simulation.At the same time,in consideration of the economic factors,the rational parameters of horizontal well at the initial stage were determined in Block Su 53,such as the optimal length of horizontal interval as 800 to 1000 meters,the location of horizontal interval being in the middle of gas layers with the optimal horizontal section at 347°.Meanwhile,the static and dynamic data are analyzed to ensure the effect of horizontal wells,the results indicates that effective drilling ratios of all 24wells are about 60%,the daily gas production per well is above 8×104m3 /d.According to the dynamic classification criterion in Sulige Area,well of Type I is 100%.
