对中国如何发展城市交通低碳化进行了战略构想,从空间性减碳、技术性减碳和社会性减碳三方面着眼提出了可行性建议。
A strategic conception is given in this article on how to develop urban low - carbon transportation in China, and the feasible advice has been proposed for spatial, technical and social carbon reduction.
