摘要
本文介绍C波段卫星通信用低噪声放大器主要技术指标、工作原理、设计计算公式、CAD程序说明及流程图、设计算结果、实测结果及其误差分析。
The Development of a low noise amplifier used in the satellite communication are introduced in this paper. The technique specification as well as its fundamental principle, design formula and flow chart of CAD algorithm are discussed in detail finally. The design, data, expe- rimental results, and the error analysis are also given.
