上颌扭转错位前牙25例手术矫治分析

Surgical orthotherapy for dislocation of the upper anterior teeth for 25 cases

目的探讨不适于固定矫治和烤瓷修复的上前牙错位扭转手术矫治的临床效果。方法局部麻醉下,牙钳旋转和截骨法使前牙移动到正确位置,然后局部固定。结果通过对25例上颌前牙的手术矫治,23例一次性成功,2例创伤后再植成功。结论上颌前牙扭转错位可以手术矫治,经济实用,疗程短,是不适于固定矫治和烤瓷修复的上前牙错位扭转矫治的理想选择。

Objective To explore a treatment of dislocation of the upper anterior teeth which unfit to be fixed appliance and ceramic restoration.Methods Under local anesthesia,the anterior teeth were moved to the right location by dental forceps rotation and osteotomy and then be fixed.Results 25 patients with upper anterior teeth were undertaken surgical orthotherapy.23 cases succeed,2 cases of post-traumatic replantation succeed.Conclusion Surgical orthotherapy to torsional malposition of upper front teeth is economical and practical with short course.
