妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察

Effect of marvelon on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent patients

目的探讨妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的止血效果和适宜的起始剂量。方法将2006年3月—2010年5月收治的58例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为对照组23例和治疗组35例。对照组应用结合雌激素片,治疗组应用妈富隆,观察2组临床疗效。结果经治疗后,控制出血与完全止血时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),即妈富隆治疗效果优于结合雌激素片。妈富隆组中≤2片/d与>2片/d剂量相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血,疗效显著,但增加剂量并不增强止血效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of marvelon in the treatment of acute bleeding episode of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescent patients and the optimal starting dosage of the drugs.Methods 58 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were collected from March 2006 to May 2010 and they were randomized into control group（23 cases）and treatment group（25 cases）.In control group,conjugated estrogens tablet was administrated,and in treatment group,marvelon was applied.The therapeutic effects were observed in two groups.Results After treatment,the effect of controlling bleeding and the time of complete bleeding stopping in treatment group were all better than those in control group（P0.05）.The efficacy of marvelon was superior to that of conjugated estrogens tablet.In treatment group,the different starting dosages（≤2 pills/d and2 pills/d） showed no difference in the time intervals for controlling bleeding and for completely stopping bleeding.Conclusion Marvelon presents significant therapeutic effect on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.The efficacy of marvelon at different dosages is similar.
