摘要
目的观察加用脉冲N d:YAG激光联合曲安奈德局部治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将160例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例,治疗组用脉冲Nd:YAG激光+曲安奈德局部治疗,对照组仅用曲安奈德局部治疗,均以10d为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为96.25%,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脉冲Nd:YAG激光联合曲安奈德局部治疗变应性鼻炎,疗效显著,无毒副作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Nd：YAG laser on allergic rhinitis.Methods 160 patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into 2 groups： treatment group and control group.The treatment group received treatment of pulse Nd：YAG laser combined with Triamcinolone acetonide while the control group received only Triamcinolone acetonide.The treatment period lasted for 10 days.Results The effective rate for treatment group was 96.25%,which was better than the control group＇s（P0.05）.Conclusion It is more effective to treat allergic rhinitis with Nd：YAG laser with no toxic side effects.
