手足口病下呼吸道感染患儿血尿酸水平变化的临床意义 被引量:3

Clinical significance of changing level of serum uric acid in children with hand-foot and mouth disease and lower respiratory tract infection

摘要 目的探讨手足口病(HFMD)下呼吸道感染患儿血清尿酸水平的临床意义。方法 2010年5-10月医院收治的手足口病下呼吸道感染患儿30例,按X线检查分为轻中度及重度下呼吸道感染组;另选择同期来医院门诊健康体检儿童32例为正常对照组,分别检测血尿酸(UA)水平,比较各组间有无差异。结果入院初重度下呼吸道感染组UA水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.79,P<0.01);轻中度下呼吸道感染患儿UA水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.49,P<0.05);重度下呼吸道感染组UA水平与轻中度下呼吸道感染组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.72,P<0.05);恢复期HFMD重度下呼吸道感染组与轻中度下呼吸道感染组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.06,P<0.05)。结论血尿酸水平与手足口病患儿下呼吸道感染的严重程度密切相关。 OBJECTIVE To research into clinical significance of the level of serum uric acid in children with hand- foot and mouth disease with lower respiratory tract infection. METHODS From May 2010 to Oct 2010, our hospital accepted and treated 30 children with HFMD and lower respiratory tract infection, and they were divided into light and medium group and serious lung change group in accordance with X ray check. Besides this in the same period, we chose 32 children who came to our outpatient section for health check as normal group. UA levels were tested respectively and comparison was made. RESULTS At the initial treatment stage, the difference had statistical significance in UA level compared the children group with severe lower respiratory tract infection and the normal group(t = 6. 79, P~ 0. 01);the difference had statistical significance in UA level compared the children group with light and medium lung change and the normal group(t= 2.49, P^0.05) ;the difference had statistical significance in UA level compared the children group with serious lung change and the children group with light and medium lunge change(t= --2.72, P(0.05). The difference had statistical significance when compared the group with HFMD severe lower respiratory tract infection and group with light and medium lower respiratory tract infection at the recovery stage(t= --2.06,P(0.05). CONCLUSION Serum uric acid level is closely related to the severity degree of lower respiratory tract infection of HFMD children.
