晚期非小细胞肺癌患者乏力与生活质量及免疫功能相关性研究

Study on cancer-related fatigue,quality of life and immunity function in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients

目的调查癌症相关性乏力对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者生活质量的影响,研究癌症相关性乏力患者细胞免疫功能变化。方法评估2009年1-12月120例晚期NSCLC患者癌症相关性乏力及生活质量,检测各项细胞免疫学指标进行统计学分析。结果 120例患者中,109例发生乏力,发生率为90.83%,其中轻度乏力18例,占16.51%,中度乏力64例,占58.72%,重度乏力27例,占24.77%;癌症相关性乏力与生活质量(QOL)呈负相关;乏力程度与细胞免疫水平低下具有相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癌症相关性乏力在晚期NSCLC患者中有较高的发生率,影响患者的生活质量;细胞免疫水平低下在一定程度上影响乏力水平。

OBJECTIVE To study the incidence and degree of cancer-related fatigue in advanced NSCLC patients, analyze the correlation between cancer-related fatigue and quality of life, and analyze the relation between fatigue and immune function. METHODS A total of 120 advanced NSCLC patients were surveyed with fatigue numerical rating. ＂The quality of life of the patients was evaluated with the Chinese versions of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaires （EORTC QLQ-C30 and QLQ-LC13）. T lymphocyte phenotype in peripheral blood from 120 patients were detected. RESULTS Totally 109 of 120 cases （90.83 ~） had different degree of fatigue. 91 patients （75.83 %） had moderate or severe degree of fatigue. There was negative correlation between fatigue and QOL. There was relation between the level of fatigue and immune function. Their difference was statistically signifieant（P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The incidence of the cancer- related fatigue is high in advanced NSCLC patients. Cancer-related fatigue affects quality of life. The immunity function affects the degree of fatigue.
