摘要
目的了解口腔科治疗室在治疗过程中距治疗点不同距离的空气及物体表面污染状况,预防控制医院感染。方法在距治疗点≤0.5、1、2、5m处布点,比较各点间污染状况差异。结果监测空气112份,合格16份,合格率仅为14.29%,监测物体表面120份,细菌总数全部超标,6份HBsAg阳性,阳性率为5.00%,7份检出致病菌,检出率为5.83%;距治疗点不同距离的空气和物体表面污染状况有较大差异,据采样地点≤0.5m处空气及物体表面菌落数分别为12564.30CFU/m3、3659.90CFU/cm2污染倍数为26.90、29.99倍;据采样地点5m处空气及物体表面菌落数分别为467.00CFU/m3、122.20CFU/cm2污染倍数为1.00、1.00倍。结论污染状况随距治疗点距离的增加而降低,建议加强动态空气消毒和双向防护。
OBJECTIVE To understand the contamination situation of the air indoor and the surfaces of the objects at different areas from the therapeutic site in the department stomatology,so as to control and prevent securely the hospital infection. METHODS Sampling at the sites less-than 0.5 m,1 m,2 m,5 m and the differences between them were evaluated. RESULTS In 112 air samples,only 16 samples are acceptable and the eligible rate was 14.29%.In the 120 environmental samples,6 samples and 7 samples within 0.5m were separately examined HBsAg and pathogen,their rates were 5.00% and 5.83% with the bacterial colonies of 12564.30 CFU/m3,3659.90 CFU/m3 and the contaminations were 26.90,29.99,the bacterial colonies of 5 m away from the sampled locus were 467.00 CFU/m3,122.20 CFU/cm2,the contaminations were 1.00 and 1.00. CONCLUSION The level of contamination situation is lowing with the distance from the therapeutic site,so it supposes that the protective measures and the air′s dynamic disinfection should be strengthened in the department of stomatology.
