医院二次供水的微生物监测及预防感染对策 被引量:6

Monitoring of microorganism in secondary water supply and countermeasures for infection prevention

摘要 目的研究医院的二次供水中微生物的数量及构成。方法随机取二次供水及相应自来水样本各15份,定量涂抹培养于营养琼脂上,35℃孵育24、48h观察结果。结果自来水中微生物含量为0~32CFU/ml,平均3.1CFU/ml,二次供水中微生物含量为0~3600CFU/ml,平均604.3CFU/ml,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.421,P<0.05)。结论医院的二次供水中可含有大量微生物,主要是非发酵菌;具有引发医院感染的潜在危险性,应当引起广大医院感染管理工作者的足够重视。 BJECTIVE To study the quantity and composition of microorganism living in hospital secondary water supply. METHODS The quantity of random secondary water supply samples was 15,as well as the corresponding tap water at the same time.Immediately,they were quantitatively smeared on nutrient mediums and cultured under 35 ℃ for 24 hours and 48 hours. RESULTS The concentration of microorganism detected in tap water was 0-32 CFU/ml and the average was 3.1 CFU/ml,while the quantity in secondary supply was 0-3600 CFU/ml and the average was 604.3 CFU/ml.The discrepancy was obvious. CONCLUSIONS There may be plenty of microorganism especially non-fermentative bacteria in hospital secondary water supply,which can result in the happening of hospital infection.And more attention should be paid to this problem.
