感染性腹泻的流行病学分析及病原学检测 被引量:15

Epidemiology and pathogenic detection of infectious diarrhea

摘要 目的了解感染性腹泻在深圳地区的流行现况及病原谱分布的特点,给临床对感染性腹泻的防治提供参考。方法采用细菌培养及血清学分析的方法对检出病原体进行鉴定分型,并用胶体金方法检测轮状病毒。结果感染性腹泻检出率为67.98%,主要的病原体是大肠埃希菌、轮状病毒和副溶血弧菌,检出率分别为67.61%、15.93%和9.03%;大肠埃希菌则以肠毒素型和肠致病型为主。结论深圳地区感染性腹泻全年均可发生,轮状病毒的感染主要集中在7-11月份,副溶血弧菌的感染亦在7-10月份较为流行,肠道致病菌所致的腹泻全年发病率则无明显差异。 OBJECTIVE To know the epidemic situations and pathogenic distribution of infectious diarrhea in Shenzhen, to provide reference for prevention and treatment for clinical infectious diarrhea, METHODS Germiculture and serology were adopted to identify pathogeny of stool samples. Rotavirus were detected by colloidal gold. RESULTS The detection rate of the virus causing infectious diarrhea was 67.98 %. The predominant pathogens were Escherichia coli, Rotavirus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The detection rate were respectively 67, 61~, 15. 93% and 9. 03%. E. coli was mostly ETEC and EPEC. CONCLUSION Infectious diarrhea can oeurred all year in Shenzhen, Rotavirus is infected mostly between Jul to Nov. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected mostly between Jul to Oct. Diarrhea due to E. coli has no obviously seasonal difference.
