摘要
富含铋的贵金属原料,成分复杂,铋含量27%,贵金属含量38%,其中,铂含量4.37%,钯含量接近30%。采用水溶液氯化法溶解—氯化铵沉淀铂钯—还原溶解—氯化铵反复沉淀的分离工艺。铂回收率98%、钯回收率99%。流程短、操作简单、成本低。
The precious metal raw materials contained rich bismuth, the content of Bi is 27%, the content ofprecious metal is 38%, of that, content of Platinum is 4.37%, content of Palladium is close to 30%, constituents complex. Using the method of aqueous chlorination dissolved, precipitated Pt and Pd by ammonium chloride, the process of deoxidize dissolved and repeatedly precipitates by ammonium chloride. Platinum recovery rate is 98% and Palladium recovery rate is 99%. This method takes the advantages of short process, simple operation and low cost.
