摘要
随着自动控制技术的不断发展,角位置发信器的使用越来越广泛。本文从实际应用情况出发,在分析了增量式光栅角位移传感器在应用中的不足之处的基础上,利用零光栅技术提出了一种实用的(低分辨率)高精度、高抗干扰的圆光栅角位置发信传感器的结构原理。
With the development of automatic control technique,the application of angle signal generator becomes wider and wider.In this paper,after analysising the disadvantage of increment angle sensor,we offer the design of high precision angle signal generator.The theory of zero position grating is used in this design.This new type signal generator is high precision,high anti-disturbed,practical angle signal generator with circular grating.
